Meet The Team

Our team in the East Midlands Special Operations Unit consist of a high calibre of Cyber Protect, Prepare and Prevent Officers. We cover all regions across the East Midlands (Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire).

Each officer has a unique blend of policing and commercial experience ranging from frontline experience, working in specialist units to working in IT within large organisations. These experiences enable us to offer mitigation advice to individuals in our communities and advice to organisations.

Together we deliver strategic, tactical and operational advice around risk management, cyber incident response and preparedness, safeguarding and victim care around cyber issues, cyber exercising, early intervention cyber choices,

NCSC approved cyber security advice, raising awareness of Cybercrime and Fraud and much more.

Qualifications include: CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst, MSc Cyber Security, BA Professional Policing and CISMP. We are all trained in working with individuals who are Neurodiverse and many of use hold useful experiences with many more transferable skills which ensure our competency when dealing with the wider public.
