We have seen an increase in the number of reports where people have received a call from a scammer pretending to be calling from the bank claiming suspicious/fraudulent activity on the bank account. 

They will either request to move money to a safe account (this is an account the fraudster has set up). 
OR
Request cash to be withdrawn for a courier to collect using a safe word.
OR 
Request for cash to be withdrawn and wrapped in foil, then to post the cash to an address provided by the fraudster.
